How is shipping calculated?
Answer :

We ship via UPS. Shipping cost is based on weight and destination zip code, and because our treats are HEAVY, shipping isn’t cheap. Our site is linked directly with UPS and your shipping cost is our cost. We understand shipping can be expensive and we are working to lower the cost. Often times we upgrade your shipping speed at no additional cost.

Orders will ship from our baking facility in Los Angeles, CA. Our system will automatically calculate shipping cost based on your shipping address and the total weight of your order.

Please note: UPS does not deliver on Saturdays.

We offer multiple shipping speeds.

When will I receive my treats?
Answer :

We ship out orders Monday through Wednesday to customers in California, Nevada, Arizona and Utah since transit times are quickest from our location in Los Angeles.
If you are located in the North West, Central or Eastern part of the country (Green, Red and Orange areas in the map above), we only ship out Monday and Tuesday to prevent your order from being held up over over the weekend.
A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order ships.
If you need your order faster, please contact us before placing your order.

Please note: Often times we will upgrade your shipping speed at no additional cost to ensure you receive your baked goods in the fastest time possible.
