All orders are baked and shipped, or ready for pickup, within three to five days. The shipping/pickup calendar on the shopping cart page will reflect our current availability. 

If you are browsing our treats, add one to your cart and go directly to the checkout screen bypassing the shopping cart page, you will not be presented with the availability calendar. 
The checkout process will allow you to complete your purchase without choosing a date on our calendar.

If a purchase is made without first making a selection on our calendar, we will contact you with our first available shipping or pickup date.
