About Our Breads and Pastries

Aside from using premium ingredients, some of our ingredients are sourced directly from the country of origin such as our culinary grade matcha from Japan and our ube (purple yam) ingredients from the Philippines. This gives our breads and pastries the most authentic flavors which are well-loved by our customers. Our breads are made using the Japanese bread-making method which gives a pillowy soft crumb that stays moist and fresh for an extended period of time. It takes at least 24 hours to make one loaf as the dough goes through a slow and long fermentation to give you a special bread that’s not only soft and moist but also flavorful.
